Im just browsing for stuff since my birthday is 9 days:D,
Im 13, I do have experince with these, i will mostly use it for rats, squirells, i have a rabbit/small game lisence..

are .22s legal in nfld? i got a semi auto .22 for grouse hunting in Alberta, but i thought i heard they weren't allowed in nfld. i'd say get a .22 if you can, they are so much fun. Alot more difficult to hit things than a shotgun.

yea airguns are legal everywhere..not sure about .22s though
 
.22 are legal everywhere. But as you are under 19 you can't own a firearm in canada. You have to take the PAL course and get your card.
 
.22's are fun as hell. Get a semi-auto though. You'll get pissed reloading every shot. (IMO)

I have a semi-auto .22 and a 12 gauge. I like this combo because if I miss too many times with the .22 I can blast the crap out of whatever I'm shooting at. And clay pidgeons are pretty fun too.

I thought you had to get your PAL no matter what age you are.
You can be under 19 and get your PAL, or at least in Manitoba.

Edit: I think I read that wrong.
