The Amazon guy finally showed up about an hour ago so I just got in from putting the new speakers in the '90, for the first time in over a decade I can put the windows ALL the way down without hitting speakers! After I removed them I'm convinced they weren't doing anything after the windows have hit the magnets so many times over the years, pretty sure the voice coils are sheared off the cones... The sound is nice and crisp, not sure if it's needed but as I said in my other thread, logic doesn't need to make sense
Battery on the '00 Explorer is charged up mostly, this morning I pulled the heater blower on the '98 Explorer since last time I moved it I could tell there was something in the blower so I gave it the ol super spin (knew it was a mouse, it STANK in there). The mouse died from the rotational forces conveniently but there was a dumb amount of insulation in there, bastages... took the shop vac to it and it's good to go now...
