What did you do to your Ranger today? (Part Deux!)

Mice are jerks, I'm pretty sure that's why my '00 Explorer has some electrical issues that it didn't use to have... haven't taken the time to disassemble the dash to figure it out, it'd be nice if the cruise control worked again though... and I'm not sure what's going on with the check gauges light and why the center console thing says I need gas when it's at 1/2 tank now instead of when I actually do like it did before...

I got a cat to help stop the mice, I'm sure he helps but he's a jerk too... last night he brought a live mouse/vole in the house but I yelled at him when he was right inside the door, rodent ran out the door and he went after it so I locked him out :). In the last 2 weekends I've been working on the gophers in the back of the property (with a 20 ga shotgun...), I know for sure I got 4, one went too far back in it's hole for me to be sure, but I got two voles while I was out there and wasn't seeing anything else... I know where there's 2 voles there's 5000, but I at least feel better doing something :)

I need to put up the raptor pole I have planned... there's red tailed hawks all over the place...

Unless the cat is a big ol fatty I'd keep it inside after you put the raptor pole up.

My mother had a hawk scoop one of her cats up off the picnic table back in the day.

Oh, he's very aware of the hawks, I take him on my gopher walks here and there and he always has his tail at full fluff in alert mode... there's a hawk nest in one of the trees out there, which is one of the problems and why he's not out in that area :). He's got a few of his lives left, when he was young he would sit in the road as cats do (and why you see flat ones...) but he learned his lesson the hard way, luckily the car saw him jolt into the road and he just got rolled under the center of the car and didn't hurt anything but his pride... he won't get near anything with a running engine since... He was wandering by a buddies house when they found him, he was a little squirt then and must have learned some lessons about dangerous animals, there's lots of coyotes around here too and he's been fine for 4 years...

Ahhhhhhhhh the site was down for 17 minutes!!!! Ahhhhhh what happened why? Why? I almost started forming a post apocalyptic gang of soldiers to start looting! Don't do that!!!!

All the mice that jumped out of your boat are knawing at the wires that run the site. Ever see the movie Willard? There's a corner with your name on it...

That is my name after all....

Wierd. You look more like a Maximilian.

You don't know what I look like. The police aren't even sure of that...

Beard.... my beard touches my belly button now if I tilt my head a bit. Where's that robot beard?

Who mournes for morn?

Taking it to check out a snow blade and salt spreader combo after work today. For $200 ill probably buy them even if the blade is to big for the ranger.
