What did you do to your 2019 and up Ranger today?

I sent them a message to talk about adapting them to my Ranger.
I like the idea of the extra ground clearance. I just worry about dependability out on rough trails. I see a lot of the high powered SxSs blow them up at those mud festivals down here in the south. I know our trucks produce quite a bit of torque with the turbos and all. Being so far away from anyone or anything on most my adventures i would hate to have a failure. And mud is a real issue down here in the 9 months a year haha

I’m running portals on 1 of my SxSs, Humvees and Unimogs run them stock. Those SxSs that you see blowing them up are trying to push too much power to too big of a tire through too small of a portal. If they’re built right for the application, you’ll never have an issue.

They are made for the Bronco that also comes with a V6 Ecoboost. If anything is going to grenade this kit, it’s going to be a Bronco with the V6.

I added a rear camp light to my rack and some USB charging ports in the bed today. While I was running wire I went ahead and ran some for my lights I'm gonna add and a solar panel I will pick up next week.

What's the pman with the solar panel?
I've got it mounted and hooked to my auxiliary battery setup. It's a 100w panel. I'm actually getting almost 8 amps of charge yesterday. My inverter was giving me about 15 to 18 hours on full charge. Hopefully that extra will keep the battery up longer. The fridge also pulls around 8 amps and is my main load. I'll grab some pictures. Been too busy trying to get ready to head to the event this weekend.

Just got home from the meet up at Commonwealth 4x4. Unfortunately Coddiwopple didn't do the ride but she did film us leaving out. So maybe the banner will get some air time on their channel. I hit some really tough trails. Was told you can camp anywhere you can find a spot along the DBBB. I'm looking forward to going back. I'm going to have to assess the damage in the morning. I actually had to use my winch for the first time to recover myself.

Tires with some tread on them might have eliminated the need for the winch. 😜

I've actually got some new Nitto Terra Grappler G2s since LBL haha. They just packed full of mud and wouldn't clear. Plus I was bellied out. Me and a 4runner both on tires smaller rhan 35s had to winch. The guys on 35s spun and hopped there way up. I didn't have enough clearance for the depth of the ruts. Was an awesome time.

Had a knee replacement a little over two weeks ago and not able to drive yet. Wife dropped the Ranger off at Ziebart for the annual touch-up Tuesday and got a ride home from a coworker. My son picked it up today on the way to Thanksgiving.
Me: “Thanks for getting my truck today.”
Son: “No problem. It’s fast.”
Wife: “Yeah….”
Me: “Hey!”

Packed the 2019 for a hunting trip next week. I have to come home after work for the perishable food and the firearms. Mr. Government doesn't like it when you bring weapons they don't have control over on one of their installations. So, they have to stay home until I'm done with drill.

I thought I was gonna be mounting my GMRS radio today, but I found that where I want to mount it is where my switches for my Aux lights are located. So I quickly gave up and ordered the Nilight 8 gang switch setup. So I figured I would just wait and rewire it all at once haha. Thinking of running them all off my aux battery in the bed. Any thoughts on pros or cons?
