Yep, definitely Superlift (looks like a 4"-only kit).
Beef up those radius arms at the axle mounting ears, they like to crack & break apart there.
Also, be sure to lower your bumpstops (particularly the one on the drivers side) otherwise the drop plate bracket (the curved flat piece in your pic) can bash into the front differential housing, knocking a hole in it.
Yeah, pitman arm you'll need (and the coils & shocks), new u-bolts for those rear blocks (IMO, I'd ditch the blocks and get replacement leaf springs for it instead), and new extended brake hoses.
The vast majority of the hardware needed will be ½"-20 X 1.25" grade-8 bolts w/locknuts.
The shock bolts will be same size, but longer (not sure what length though, maybe 4" or so). Some spacers will have to go in there as well (might be able to make use of the extra bushing sleeves that often comes with the shock hardware).
