I have a 1996 Ranger SC 4x4 4.0L with stock 3.73 gears and am currently running 32's wanting to upgrade to 33's. I had a CenterForce DualFriction clutch put in when the 32's were installed 14,000 miles ago. (Dropped in a new motor, hince new clutch) Lately I have noticed the clutch slipping (rpm's on tac going up but truck stays at same speed) and clutch engauges near the end of pedal release. So I am looking at a clutch replacement it seems. What clutch should i use? Truck is a DD and only driven on the street. Thanks for your input, and yes, gears will be next in the not so distant future, funds pending!

Are you speaking from experience or just "hearing" about Zoom Clutches? Which one would be best suited for my needs? Anybody else have a recomendation?

I have always been happy with LUK clutches on and off road

From experience. Mines been in everything from mud, sub zero, over 100 out, submerged in water, steep hills, my terrible gearing of 3.73 with 31" tires and its never once slipped or missed a step.
