for the following job??

First off I DO NOT have the tools, capabilities, time etc etc etc to do this my self, that being said and out of the way here is my situation.

1: I need the inner and outer wheel bearings on both sides of the front of my truck REMOVED and replaced with the 4 new wheel bearings I have and the 2 seals.

2: my left front spindle and abs sensor are ruined due to the inner wheel bearing drying out and me not stoping the truck quick enough, I have a spare spindle and abs sensor I bought already and since the spindle has to come out anyways to replace the inner wheel bearing then I don't think I would be charged to just put in my replacement but I do expect a fair fee to replace the abs sensor with my new one while they are in there ANYWAYS.

So to summarize I basically need 4 wheel bearing replaced and a abs sensor replaced and I have ALL the parts needed inluding grease and a spindle nut tool to remove the huge nut.

Ford charges $90.00 and hour plus tax, assuming I DON'T go to Ford what is a good fair price to pay for this job?

The truck is currently NOT drivable because of the left front spindle BUT it can be rolled onto a flatbed tow truck to be taken to a place to be repaired.

Thanks!!

It will depend on the shop you take it too...by the book you're looking at between 2-4 hours labour plus any shop materials (grease, fittings et al) that may be needed to complete the job...

I did the same thing myself in about four hours, and it was my first time doing it...if they need to replace tie rods, ball joints, or anything else associated with the repair you can count on those parts and labour as well...some shops will knock the price down becuase some procedures over lap...but I'd say you're probably looking at $300 to $400...even if you supply the replacment spindle...

I don't have a labor book so I'm estimating on what it took me to do the job myself...
