what brands are ok for...

just curious what brand replacement parts are quality, trusted parts.

1.a camshaft synchro
b " sensor
2. coil pack
3.plug wires

and overall whats reccomended mostly. I think beck/arnley has a good reputation. some parts should be motorcraft specific or or store brands ok?

plug wires could be any brand but i would stick with motorcraft i would just stick with motorcraft for everything

motorcraft plugs are autolite plugs, they should be the only choice for a ford. most other plugs dont last as long or cause rough idle. any multielectrode plugs cause bad misfires, some (bosch platinum fours are the worst) cause a misfire so bad it will only backfire.
