95 amp is the stock one

what would be a real reason to upgrade the alternator to a higher ampere alternator?

HEAVY electrical loads (fog lights, offroad lights, subs, amps, dual battery, etc etc?)
extended electrical loads?

does it have any noticeable changes?

I have several off road lights, fog lights, killer stereo, 9000# winch....need I go on.....I need more than 90 amps at idle.

Where can I get a 200 amp alternator?

No, it isn't

most Rangers that vintage came with a 45Amp, but some
Bronco2's with the power group came with 65amp.

there are 75A, 80A & 90Amp alternators built on that style frame,
but they were never factory fitted to RBV's

the first year for a 95Amp alternator is when Ford switched to the 3G alternator family going into 1993.

Have you considered turning some stuff OFF when idling?

As for your winch no alternator on earth can keep up with
a winch for that you need batteries, big ones... plural...
