What a good idea...!


Props for a very clean looking job. I am VERY curious if that setup is actually strong enough and reliable enough in high flex situations, or safe in any type of collision. Anyone else think that looks like more s**t to break than necessary?

Otherwise, ridiculously fantastic. That's my favorite front end of any Ford truck in existence with my favorite motor.
 
amadillon if its like my buddies the cab is mounted to a sub fram then when its back down it there are locks to lock it back in place kinda like hood pins like on race cars but alot stronger.
 
Ah I getcha. I would assume the fabricator had all of that in mind when he created it of course. That's pretty cool. It almost seems WAY too nice to play around with.
 
hmm, not quite what id pictured, when i do my slant6 swap,instead of a 2.5 or 1.9, i'll make the radiator core support unboltable instead.
