Im wanting another smoker. We sold our last one at a yard sale a few years back because the wife said we didn't use it. Since then she has bought several things at the grocery store only to remember afterwards we don't have a smoker anymore haha. Oh well. You live and you learn.Homemade smoked pastrami sandwiches, baby carrots and dip. Im a smoker and I usually takes pics of all my smoking creations, especially of something new or that I rarely do, but didn't get a pic if the pastrami.
Yeah you definitely need to get another one. I have 3, and I guess actually 4 since I use my Webber grill as one every now and then. I have a decent sized Old Country Pitts offset but haven't used it much lately, an upright Dyna-glo chest smoker, and an Oklahoma Joe's Bronco barrel smoker that is my primary go to right now unless I just have a ton of meat to smoke. You can find those Broncos used online on places like Facebook marketplace for $150-$200. If it's in decent to good shape that's a deal and I suggest to get if you run across one.Im wanting another smoker. My parents have a Bradley smoker, seems like a pretty deluxe one other than you have to buy the “pucks” that it takes, but you load the thing up, turn it on, and just come back to check on it now and thenIm wanting another smoker.
