T-bone steak, green bean, steak fries and 2 onion rings.... with a jack on the rocks. (no scotch in the house)... about the only perk of living in the hell of farm/ranch country - cheap beef.

Want to see a picture of the bone? cause that is all that is left.

I put out cottage cheese and pickled beets as extra side dishes, but the steak was so big nobody touched those so just those 3 mains.

I can already tell you what the "special" meal is for tomorrow (special was today really). Chicken in the gold / Chicken Diavolo. If you ever saw a French's mustard bottle label in the 60's/70's/80's you know what I am talkin about, mashed spuds, left over green beans and the same optional veggies.

These are seriously good...

I usually end up with a ham bone for bean soup after Christmas dinner... gonna have to improvise... cause I was already thinking about bean soup.
