What’s for dinner tonite!

I had leftover theater popcorn and Taco John's for dinner last night.

Night before that was a hot dog bun with cheese on it, a meat stick and leftover theater popcorn.

Ugh. These nights where my wife is out of town and I have unlimited shop time are great for my brain and project completion but definitely not good for my fat ass.

Lamb Sliders

My Greek cucumber and tomato salad...

Slider buns with some ground lamb... tomato salad... sprinkle of feta and a smear of tzatziki.

I just watched too many cooking shows...

Not much I don't like about food. I like to shoot it... catch it... grow it... preserve it... store it... prepare and share it. I like to see people enjoy it. I even spent years selling it. Only made sense to me... take pictures of it.
