Haven't made biscuits and gravy since last year. Can't eat a lot of it but I've seriously been about portion control.

One of my favorite breakfasts for dinner.
Hawaiin "Loco Moco"

. White rice with a hamburger patty on top, smothered in brown, ( or your favorite ) gravy, and two fried eggs on top. Onolicious every time.

Last of my garden grown tomatoes went into making some Pico for taco Monday.

Breakfast;
Scrambled eggs, bacon, and pineapple flavored pancakes.
and supper;
Pork shoulder roast, slow cooked for 5 hours then 25 minutes on 450F. Next time only 20 minutes. Potatoes, carrots, and onion with rosemary.
