What’s for dinner tonite!

@lil_Blue_Ford Why does that picture look like gravel on the grill? LOL
There is a lot of trickery in doing food photography. An example is using cigerette smoke to look like steam. I don't think he is doing that tho, its just real gravel posing as food... :)

Sir, that is cubed potatoes, a whole red onion, two cans of mushrooms, three broken up hash brown patties, a bunch of chopped up ham, and a huge pile of minced garlic…

Either you guys are just busting @lil_Blue_Ford 's balls.
Or you really need to figure out how to zoom in on a picture.
Or maybe you guys just need some glasses or new glasses for some.

We met my son and his girlfriend at Olive Garden to switch vehicles back.
I got eggplant parmesan.

Added eggs and cheese after the pic but made a big ol mess of a breakfast scramble. Plus a couple mozzarella sticks for a grill snack

Man... did you cube up all those potatoes?

Thats also a lot of breakfast...

I still cook breakfast... but that's the one meal I like to go out for. I just don't like blowin out the kitchen in the morning.

I need to get my little flat top set up on the deck and put some miles on it.

I enjoy cooking breakfast. But there are also certain places I like to go out for breakfast. Cracker Barrel, Waffle House and Granny's Kitchen in Innman are some of my favorites. Granny's Kitchen, mainly for the atmosphere and convenience. It's the place where the locals hang out in the morning. Everybody knows everybody. Pretty waitresses. And good food. There's one table in the back that stays occupied and different retired guys filter in and out of the conversation throughout the morning. The counter is the same way.

This morning, I made an omelet. It turned out kind of big. But I ate it all anyway - 3 eggs, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella and leftover sautéed mushrooms and garlic from my hamburger steak dinner a few nights ago. Oh, yum!

Tonight is Kroger's pre made macaroni salad, 2 cheeseburgers and broccoli and cheese.

I buy frozen cubed potatoes usually. That was half a bag. It was breakfast food for dinner. 5 of us ate from that, plus another three plates… I don’t mind tasty leftovers

When I make an omelet at home I just use two eggs. Normally add cheese, mushrooms, and bacon. Everything is better with bacon.

I'm getting together for burgers with some friends after church tomorrow. I just made deep-fried deviled eggs to take.

Made a few extras for myself. Also, when I was at the store earlier, I picked up a rotisserie chicken. So I carved a few pieces off and used the extra breading supplies and made chicken nuggets. I need a beer.

Oh, yeah. The recipe;
