What’s for dinner tonite!

That should have said,
I think they add to much chocolate.
Not had too much chocolate.

You too are entitled to your opinion.
Most of what I drink is Coca-Cola about 10 cans a day.

Wow... Ever talk to a doc about high blood pressure (sodium) and diabetes (sugar)?... that is like 1000% more than what my doc wants me on and you and I are the same age. Doc doesn't even want me to use salt substitute or 'lite salt' because it contains potassium (and doesn't react well with blood pressure meds).
I'm not even a big guy or out of shape or unhealthy... I've been cooking with almost no salt for years - doc says this "no salt, no sugar" diet is just a factor of turning 50 (which I haven't done yet)...

As far as what I cooked tonight - Grilled chicken/mix of veggies served over ramen noodles (throw the ramen salt packet in the trash) and teriyaki sauce..... low salt teriyaki sauce at that (one of the few things that "low salt" doesn't mean tastes like crap.)

Yes Brain,
I have high blood pressure and am on med.s for it.
I've never been big on adding salt to my food.
But with that said,
I understand that most of the stuff I eat has a lot of sodium in it.
Believe it or not I'm doing better now then I was 2 months ago.
2 months ago all I eat was fast food.

FWIW, I limit myself to 1 soda a night (night cap - 7&7), with an occasional cheat and having a coke here or there... no salt shaker on the table... I'm not fanatic about it and don't read every last label, but when something is really really good tasting I look at the label and ask myself "how often can I do that"....
Turns out if it is pre-processed the answer is almost never, hence I cook more and use basic ingredients instead of cans of stuff and heat and eat stuff.

I understand and agree.
I got a stove for my house the other day but I still have to hook it up.
Besides being locked up for 20 years I'm sure my cooking skills will be pretty bad.
But I will get there.

I hope all is well with you Toledo.

I was setting at the dermatologist clinic today myself. Friend had some cancer removed from his skin. I was there to drive him home.

I've decided I'm going to eat like a grade schooler tonight.
In other words I'm eating peanut butter and jelly.
Sandwiches.
I'm sure there's no need to take a picture because I'm sure everyone knows what they look like.

I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and they don't all look alike.
