Agreed on the waste...

When this started in our home... I was a bit clueless about what to prepare. My wife signed us up for Hello Fresh with three meals a week. The amount of waste that comes with that is really unbelievable. We has since canceled the service and I just use what I learned while we used it.

My wife is out of town tonight in Indiana. They bought two poorly run pizzerias this week and she has her supervisor staff there to clean them up and train the old employees. She told me she was buying dinner and she was having chicken Alfredo. Which meant I was OK to eat whatever.

So I decided I was going to moderation my way through a couple cheeseburgers!

They were soooooo good.

Half way thru a late night snack of strawberries and cheddar and gouda cheese. The strawberries are a little tart and the cheese counters that.

What did you use for shells and pipe to fill them? Did you precook the shells or straight from the box.

Store bought, pre-filled. The stuffing was pretty bland but the pesto made up for it.

After my haircut, I was near the best Mediterranean restaurant in town. Kafta kabobs over rice, salad, pita bread with hummus and a side order of olives. One of my all-time favorite meals.
