went muddin, truck wont start

i dont know how to check the fuel pressure at the rail, do yall think i could have cracked the block?

At first I thought fuel pump but then you said you are smelling gas bad which makes me think it is flooding itself out. I had the same issue after I took my truck romping and it turned out to be a leaky injector.. but when I pulled one of the plugs I could smell fuel. Could also be your fuel pressure regulator is bad, the diaphrams have a tendancy to crack. DEPENDING on the year of your truck, there will be a little thing on the end of your PS fuel rail that can check the pressure. It will look like the air chuck on a tire..

oya i checked that out and when i pressed it down fuel shot out

Well if you smell gas and the plugs are wet it means it's probably flooding out. Disconnect the fuel pump relay, dry the plugs, install them again. Crank it a bit with your foot to the floor (clear flood mode.) Then, reconnect the relay, put your foot to the floor, and crank it. If it fires, let off the accelerator gradually so it doesn't die.

Check your coil(s) resistance though. Easy to check, and you can at least rule out that possibility.

i had this problem last week and it ended up being that my contacts in the cap got flooded with mud and water replaced cap siliconing the vent on top and continued muddin
