For future reference, since you said you didn't know what some parts were.
* U-joints: where the driveline is supposed to bend.
* Yokes: hold the u-joints
* Carrier bearing: bearing in a hunk of rubber to support the middle of a multi-piece driveline.
* Slip joint: where the shaft slides in and out to compensate for length
That's the basics. Some people combine stuff, so carrier-yoke would mean the yoke that's right at the carrier bearing. And u-joints are numbered from front to rear. So the joint right at the transfer case would be #1 u-joint on the rear driveline. Driveline sections are numbered the same way.
