Weird idle problem

My 93 Ranger 2.3L idles normal when stopped but while driving when I press in the clutch I here the motor idle up and down constantly, I replaced the IAC because before this problem it would do the same thing but while sitting still... what could be the problem?

Same here my done that when i bought it its the maf i went on the net they was 120 bucks got it from a junk yard for 5 bucks fixed it right up

It was the Mass Air Flow Sensor (I tried to clean it but it made it worse) thanks eveyone!
