Taking a rough guess.... 65lbs? If you need a shipping weight I'll let someone else chime in, but whatcha need the weight for?

A manual-shift 13-50 weighs 61# so I would put money on your 65# guess being correct.

Well, I know it was light enough that after I loaded an NP205 into a pickup and then grabbed the 1354 I damn near threw it across the shop......but heavy enough I got a black eye and a VERY sore temple after dropping it off the tranny splines when I was pulling it with slippery oily hands in a very awkward position.

Back in '01 (a couple of days after 9/11/01 infact)
I was reinstalling my T-case and didn't get all the way on the dowel pin.

As I was reaching for a T-case bolt the T-case suddenly rotated DOWN
(staying on the tranny splines) and broke my nose.

Frankly It hurts just thinking about it...

And yeah, 65# is about right.

shoot man, just two days ago i had my 1354 out a couple days ago, coulda weighed er for ya, too bad i didnt see the thread! 65 lbs sounds about right, ... sure was heavy lifting it by myself up onto the tranny splines while laying on a creeper though but i got er! and yea, mine swung down when i was taking it off but it didnt get me though.
