how hard is it replacing a water pump on a 94 ranger 4.0 5spd

The hardest part isn't changing the water pump,
For most people it's removing the fan clutch so you can get at the water pump.
BTW even if you don't think you need to, REMOVE the radiator.
You drop a wrench and nick one of the tubes you get to take it all apart AGAIN...
