Water Pump Pulley Replacement

Long time lurker/reader...first time posting.

The water pump pulley on my son's Mazda 1997 B2300 2.3L came apart. I'm having a heck of time finding an OEM replacement. Two different attempts from Mazda dealers have gotten me a pulley for a 3.0L.

Question then: Is a water pump pulley from a '97 Ford Ranger with a 2.3L the same as a water pump pulley from '97 Mazda B2300 with a 2.3L?
