I have a 1991 ranger with a 2.3L and was wondering if a 1992 2.3L water neck is the same or if it would fit.

Are you referring to the T-Stat housing? That should work for all Rangers...just a matter of what angle it comes out at...and how long the neck is...I've got about three of them now but they are all off Ranger or Mustang 2.3 engines and they are almost identical...
