Please take a few seconds and Hi, does anyone know what the part number is for the little double C clips or retainers that hold the small water hoses on the right hand side of the ford 2.3L are called, or their part number? I have these two threaded studs sticking out of the valve cover, and there's supposed to be these small double C clips that hold the hoses to the valve cover. This is on a 1990 Ford Ranger XLT, 2.3L 5 Spd. I posted this as well in the Parts Wanted section. I've also attached a pic of what they look like. None of the junkyards in my area have any rangers as old as mine, the oldest being a '93. These clips were used on the 2.0L, the 2.3L, in the Ranger, and on the 2.3L and 5.0L in the Mustangs up until '93. If you have some you're not going to use, or are planning on pulling an old engine for a swap, I'd really be interested in these clips.
