It's starting to drive me nuts how I have tons of watchers on my parts but they never sell. I think I've re-listed my OHC's at least six times. Couple hours left on each now, I bet none will sell.

You'd think with all the questions they ask me that they would be interested in buying. I actually walked a guy through an installation into a ranger via email, and he still didn't buy. I think he got one elsewhere and just wanted to know how to put it in.

Anyone else think ebay lists watchers just to drive us nuts?

I think the numbers are legit. I've had the same problem. I get 30 people watching, and get one or two bids. I do think that a lot of people "watch" to see if you move the price down, or see if you relist it lower later. I get this opinion from experience. Sometimes I watch stuff for a reference point though (i.e. part numbers, etc.).

Legit numbers, but it's driving me nuts seeing them. :D

Two hours left on four of my sales, and I can guarantee none of them will sell.

It's a low price too. :dunno:

Are you selling car parts? Ebay Motors is where I get most of the "window shoppers".

How much for the OHC? Maybe try posting up in the forums. I'll be in the market for one in the near distant future.

They've been on the forums. Right in classifieds haha.

I did get a bid one one of them just now. Removed that from sale on here.

Prettymuch all my parts are on ebay, or have been. If they sell on here I just end the auction on ebay, if they sell on there I just remove them from the site.

Well, it's better than my experience. I had a 1957 MGA on there. Bidding went crazy at the end. Turned up to some punk-ass-chump kid gets his daddy to call me and tell me they couldn't pay for it.:annoyed:

I've had better auctions selling bike parts. I sold a Campangnolo 50th anniversary gruppo to some lady in England. I told her shipping was ~$250 and she didn't blink an eye.

An acquaintance of mine just had an interior for a Lotus Elite shipped to him from the UK.

Car's going to be all oem parts. Carries a nice price tag.
