Well I started on it today but saw my radius arm bushings were gone so I did those instead. Anyway do you guys think I will be able to get it aligned after I put the washers in? Right now I have 1.5 camber bushings to make it straight because of my 4 inch lift. Im just not sure how many I can stack to still make it alignable. I want like 1 or 1.5 inches of lift to sit the front up a little higher because my 40s rub when I go offroad. thanks

2.3, 4" lift, and 40's :icon_confused:

huh? does that truck even move with 40's? Washers will give you about 1"....i used my stock cambers to get back into alignment, hard to say about your aftermarkets without knowing where they are adjusted to right now

I have 4 inch suspension and 3 inch body and had 40s till I traded for a brand new set of 35 bfgs. I have 3.73 gears as well. I put a 1.5 camber adjuster in there to accommodate for the lift. I want at least another inch in the front but I dont know how much more camber I can go without screwing crap up. Dont want to screw the tires up either. Every one on here always says Im lying about the 40s and a 4 cyl if you look in my albums theres proof. Use to take it off road all the time and showed up all the big blocks, even pulled them out. Then the tranny blew lol. dont beat on it as much anymore. Also do you have to put any rubber bushings or anything under the spring, mine doesnt have anything!

I have a 4.0, 3.73s, and 35s and it takes everything its got to cruise the highway.

Not calling you a liar, just saying I wouldnt enjoy driving that thing at all.

Its really not bad I can go 70 on the highway with my foot at half throttle. When I put the 2.3 Turbo in it should be better, not going to lie it is a slow speed increase getting there but back to my alignment question. I need to know today before I get it aligned tomorrow.

I just did the washer lift on my bronco II. I went a full 2 inches and i had to extend the studs. It leveled it out. I had to use 2 1/2 degree bushings on mine they had them at oreillys for 14.00 a piece.
