Was there a ranger with the badges on the door?

I was watching an episode of Homeland, a TV show on Showtime. I saw this what appeared to be a late 90s ranger at first glance, had a non electric style ranger mirror, but I noticed the ranger badge looked different and was under the mirror on the door, I also noticed later it is also a crew cab, I know that there were South American ford rangers that were crew cabs I was wondering if anyone knew of a ranger with the badge on the door. If it’s relevant I think this scene took place in Pakistan or Afghanistan somewhere.
