Warmed up then sputters

It never does it cold. But after I’ve drove awhile and my truck it warmed up sometimes I’ll stop somewhere and when I go to start it again it will sputter and I have to rev it to 3000 rpms for it to idle normal. Also does it when it’s how out a lot worse.
 
Maybe check your IAT sensor? Awhile back RonD posted a pic on one of my threads showing what the ohms should be per temp, but I don't know how to post pics

Sound like an ECT(engine coolant sensor)bad and it's telling the computer that engine temp is lets say 70 degrees which would be like it's flooded as it puts more fuel to it.
 
Ya it sounds flooded sometimes worse than others. I’ll look into those both thanks.
