Get in, start up & drive.
I do try to refrain from laying into the throttle until it's warmed up though (about 2-4 minutes of driving, depending on how cold out it is).
i was curious how other people warm up there cars
i usually let it idle on its own for awhile which is arond 1300 rpm then crank it up to 2k keep it there for awhile let it go down to 1500 keep it there for awhile let it idle on its own and i repeat that for about 8 minutes till its idleing at 1k
hey dude, if your tranny is acting funny shifting when it is cold, try this...drop 1 quart of trnny fluid and replace it with LUCAS transmission fluid. i have a stock tranny with over 215000 on it, is slammed second gear most everytime when cold. after switching that 1 quart out and a little driving, no more funny shifting, or slamming into gears. try that out, should work for you. and sorry to be on the bandwagon here with other folks. but you really shouldnt idle anymore than two minutes. all warming up is for is warming up the sensors and getting crank case oil pressure and trans pressure up. after that, you are killing gas mileage and causing unneeded wear to the motor. just my .02 but try the lucas oil, its some good stuff!!!

Don't use the flush machine... Drop the pan, change the filter, and replace what fluid is in the pan with fresh...
