I can tell you I like mine very much. The only quirk I have noticed recently is, when in 2WD, and it is around 40 degrees F or lower I get an initial slight "want to go straight feel" if I slightly turn the steering wheel while going straight at speeds above 50 or so. This only happens before the gear lube gets warmed up a little which only takes a few miles. It may not even be noticeable to many people. I am just very sensitive to steering feel after racing in SCCA since 1987.
 
I emailed them asking some questions. This is what i found out.

"Thanks for your interest in Torsen. We are, in fact, producing a new batch of Ranger Dana 35 differentials. The lead time for some components is long, however, and I expect that it will be mid-year before they become available. Price will be the same as it has been for this model, which (I believe) is approximately $500"
