Not quite sure if we're speaking the same language, but I was referring to a diamond in the rough kind of find, with $2k for a trailer being a better option.

I had a fixer-upper once. She decided to seek out every other shop in town and even went online. Looks like she got fixed up pretty well. She had a couple bangs here and there, but I managed to walk away relatively unscathed.
