Walk Away Locking

Hi Everyone!

First, thank you all for such awesome help, and taking it easy on my noob questions. I want to say i did find anddownload the manual and am puruising it

that being said, a great feature my last car had, that i read the Lariat 2024 should have is "Walk away lock" ? thats what i am calling it

basically, you get out, shut of, walk away and the truck senses the FOB leaving and auto locks the truck and can swing the mirrors in. without using the FOB etc

i read it should be in setting, under vehicle under LOCK, mine does not have this as an option ? is it somewhere else?

or is it just not an option and I read it wrong.

Its for people with new stuff. My BMW Lease cars did it. Also, if you left the key fob in the car, it would not stay locked.

when i googled it for the ford ranger 2024 it said it would be under VEHICLE ->LOCK in the menu, but its not there for me so i am assuming it doesnt have it. but i just read somewhere the work around is when you get out hold your thumb to the thumb reader and it will lock it all up. which works to
