Hey everyone I am going to be assembling a voltage regulator for my CB radios power source. Currently I have it wired Directly to the to the battery and I am still getting noise (even with ANL on!). I will post photos, Schematics, parts lists, and test results in the coming days. I am of course open to and welcome any constructive input.

You don't need a voltage regulator, you just need a filter on the 12V line going into your CB. These are available at Radio Shack.

Yes I know I can use a filter but I would like the cleanest power source possible. I intend to use this source for a few other items in the future which a very low to zero ripple current will be necessary.
