I was notified of this 97 Ranger that just arrived at my local pull yard. It appears to have deer hoof wheels - at least one on the passenger side rear. I believe it is an XLT but NHTSA says XL. It's a 50 mile trip one way soo I'm trying to determine if it's worth the trip. If it's an XLT and if I get there early enough, there's a lot of other stuff I could pull from it.
I thought there was a VIN decoder here, but I am unable to find it. Can someone point me to it or decode this VIN?

I've looked on line and there are a bunch that give limited details and want a subscription. The Federal NHTSA site has limited info. I'm frustrated
...Happy New Year!
Thanks in advance.
