i need a method to split the audio and video components of a mp4 file, it's a music video i got off of youtube, the video is just a still image, but i need the song without the video for my ipone

any good programs you know of?

You tube downloader can do that. I use it all the time to convert the audio from youtube into an mp3 but it does other formats also. There's no spyware or anything like that in it. You can read about here and decide if it's something you want:

thanks, i'll give that one a try... i used download helper (firefox add on) to download it from youtube originally, but it seems to keep giving me popups about it's self... kinda annoying...
