A while ago I swapped engine/tranny/tcase for identical ones with less miles. At the same time I also did u-joints and hanger bearing on the driveshafts. Ever since then I've had vibrations. I left the vibration dampener off the the t-case and forgot about it. I put it back on the other day and things got a lot better, but it still vibrates slightly. The driveshaft is put back together the same way as before, I sprayed paint on it to make sure. The u-joints are good and greased as well.
So with the dampener back on and things feeling a little better, what would you think the vibrations are coming from? This truck has 233,xxx miles on it and the only thing that has gone untouched is the rear axle, besides new fluid at the same time as the swap. The new parts were put it in phases between 210 and 220 k miles. The major components had 47k on them when swapped.
Thanks!
