I think it would be sweet if it DIDNT float. I would love to drive my goofy ass around the bottom of the ocean popping up random places scaring the pants off unexpected foreigners just to grab a bite of international quisine. Lol

That thing defines bad gas mileage. If there is a less efficient means of propulsion on either land or water, I haven't seen it.
