i hate Verizon wireless!!!! so much.

i spent another hour and a half in there store arguing with them trying to get a new phone.

i got a new phone two weeks ago after the old one died, then this one is doing the same thing again! so i go in there, tell them whats wrong, they say, well after you go through three more phones you can get a different phone....
and they didnt even have a replacement phone in the store to give me because they are out of stock of them (HYM WONDER WHY?!) so now i have to wait three days with no phone to be overnighted a phone that will most surly do the SAME thing again. :lame:

so my question.

AT WHAT POINT IN THE 5 EXCHANGED PHONES AND MY MORE THEN FIVE VISITS DO THEY PULL THERE HEAD OUT OF THERE *** and give me a phone that WORKS!!!!!

im not picky about my phones , i just want something that's reliable and works!, and i also want my money to be paying a company that is reliable, and one that has good customer service.

If you have a Best Buy near, go get a new phone from them.
 
My friend has AT&T and has gone through a dozen or so phones each with the same problem and they still wont give her a different phone.
 
Sucks for you.

I was verizon's favorite customer for a while cuz I'd go in every two weeks for a new phone. Not because the phone sucked (I actually really liked the three lg chocolate v2's that I went through) but cuz I have/had anger issues and kept breaking them.

I got really good customer service each time... even when I hit the point that I was just bringing in used 5yo phones to get activated and my contacts transferred from the horribly mutilated previous phone.

Hell, when I was buying new phones, the manager would give me the two year contract price instead of the full retail each time I got one.

I ended up a number from the cute girl who worked there too :D

Try going to one with different management.

I would like at&t for the iPhone, but only verizon gets good service in all the woods around here.
 
its just horrible man.
im not trying to get new phones for the sake of the phone being new. and i take care of them.

i just want something that works! ahhhhhhhh!!!
ive gone to a few different ones with all but the same result. its like a corporate scheme i think.

why cant phone manufacturers produce something that's worth buying anymore?

i went through 8 of the LG chocolates and 4 of the LG chocolate 2's on my last contract.

quality is no longer a concern in this country i guess.

and i just hit a point where i no longer want to go fight for functional equipment.

if they think this whole multiple phone before different brand/model phone thing works,
why don they develop some sort of system where THEY mail me a new/ refurbished phone every month or two, that way i dont have to make the trips anymore and fight with there horrible management.

I have insurance on all 3 lines, I want a new phone I just break one.
 
i have insurance as well... i wish i had your insurance. ahah i think if i break one out of verizons insurance i get a new phone, but same model brand.
