Going to do my valve seals this weekend on my 2.8. Was thinking of buy this tool.

I am sure someone knows the spark plug MM. This tool looks like it does 14 and 18mm. Will this work for the 2.8 holes?
Also going to do my front and rear mains. Is there a tool to help press in the seals? Was thinking at first I could just use a socket but it might not be deep enough.
