Yesterday I noticed that my vacuum line was snapped, part of it (about 3") was completely off... Would this be causing my truck to run loud? Also, where would I be able to buy some? It couldn't be more than a 1/8" diameter and is probably abit smaller. I've looked everywhere and nowhere has it.

1/8 " rubber vacuum line usually sold by the foot at just about any parts store.. best to replace that whole line. as for running loud it might cause a hiss under the hood but that is just about it. if it is really loud check your exhaust...

Thanks for the quick reply, I looked online and none of the part store websites showed it. I'll check around during lunch. I feared the loud noise may have been my exhaust

Take one end of the line and go to the hardware store. Find some rubber line that fits tightly and use it to patch the broken line. Seal with super glue around the joint.

I have used rtv and heat shrink in a pinch crude but works
