vacuum line location/ECU location, 2003 ford ranger

hey guys, i was just hooking up the boost gauge today, and couldnt find a vacuum line? we seemed to have found one that went to the break booster, but it seemed to still have vacuum when the car was off, and other than that, we could not locate any? any ideas?!

and also, wondering where the ECU is located on the 03s, or if you know, which wire on the O2 i have to tap into for a air/fuel ratio gauge.
