Just finished durasparking the old ranger today. :yahoo: I went the GM HEI route, and removed all excess wires (computer, harness, etc). Problem is, I cant get a tune on the dizzy. I've seemed to lost some power in the low and high ranges, while the mid range power is a lot better. I tried setting the timing with the vacuum either engaged or disengaged to the dizzy, but no luck. Right now I set the timing to 12 degrees while the vacuum was disengaged to the dizzy (that's the best I can get it to run). I've tried all sorts of changes but can't seem to get it right.

Other than the lack of power at the bottom and top ends, the truck runs great. Kinda stumped here. Any suggestions?
