I am haveing a problem with the 6 or 8 vacume lines that go into the screw in valve, that goes into the side of the upper intake. they are all falling off, and wont stay on. I was wandering if anyone knew of any other way that could be set up. ps. I dont think there is room for any real clamps

Do you have an auto trans? If so, I would guess your modulator valve has probably gone bad and that's what's causing your vacuum lines to blow off.

Don't know the year of the vehicle, but if 90-95 range and automatic. If the lines are wet inside at manifold go under the passenger side of transmission and pull the vaccum line to the modulator. If ATF appears it is bad. If you replace don't forget to pull the modulator pin from the old part or transmission and reinstall in the new modulator before replacement.

Good luck
