There are two small vacuum hoses attached to air filter housing, one leads to throttle body, other Lord knows where. What are those hoses and how important are they?

Under air filter housing some sort of plastic canister with loop on top, can not figure out what it is.

Thank you in advance…..

Thanks alot!!! I had in mind doing exact same thing as that kid. Also, will get rid of all that plastic; air filter housing, hoses, ect.

I have a custom set-up also. Just so you know, there is no power gain to be had, just for looks and sound really. Also make sure you get all of the sensors hooked back up. and have fun :D

I’m aware of that. It just gives you more room and looks nicer. As for sensors-I don’t think I have any, with exception of for idle speed. Thanks again……
