Does anyone have a vaccum diagram for a 2002 4.0L 4x4 auto? The Haynes manual isnt very complete, and doesnt include one. The vaccum system on this thing is like a maze! Having trouble identifying components and what they actually do.
2 related questions:
There is a little valve type thing on the coolant line coming from the heater core. There seems to be 2 ports, the one towards the back has a vaccum line coming to it and it seems that there is a vaccum port coming from the front pointing up, but there is no hose attached. Should there be a hose attached?
On the passenger side, between the heater/blower box, and the windshield washer resevoir, there is a CPU type block attached to the wheelwell. On the back of it, there seems to be a thick rubber gasket, held on by 2 bolts. It looks like there is a port of some sort on the bottom driverside back corner, but there is nothing in it. Any ideas what this is and if anything is supposed to be hooked up there?
