v8 swap for 98 ranger 2wd and 96 Explorer

Hello guys, I have a 1998 Ranger 2.5L with 215k miles, the motor has a bad cylinder so I need to either replace it or fix it. I found a complete 1996 explore V8 2wd. My question is would I be able to get everything I need from the donor truck or would I still need to buy additional parts to make it work. I know that there may be some nick nacks that may have to be changed... but is there anything major that I will have to get to make it work?
