V8 mounts on a 94 ranger not working

Has anyone used the mount kit from summit it came with the oil filter relocation kit and the headman headers. i cannot figure out how to get the mounts to line up right and the engine is really low and the truck has a 7" drop in the rear and 4 in the front so i would like to know if anyone has pictures of them useing the kit from summuit

Those mounts will never line up. The only options are shims to lift the motor up or go with the V6 mount mod option.

Trust me, I've fought those stupid conversion mounts for days.

The engine shouldn't be sitting too low.
I don't know how different the engine crossmember is on a 3rd gen vs. my second gen, but this is how it played out for me.

FYI: I made these mounts myself out of 3/8" plate for stud clearance, but it's still the same type

In my 1st gen Ranger used the L&L Products Kit to mount the 5.0L and all worked out OK.
The frame portion of the mounts raised up from the frame approximately 2 inches and then there was the engine portion of the mount that lifted the engine up another inch = 3 inches of lift off of frame.

The engine sat high enough so the frame on the passenger side of the engine bay had to be cut a little for the end of the shorty header to fit.

Sorry there isn't more info but these are the height off of the frame measurements for a 1st Gen '88 Ranger.

Thanks dudes. i got 94'-95' mustang mounts that everybody says works real nice so i got two options that i will make work! Thanks agian.

i couldnt seem to get mustang mounts to work on my 93 2wheel, had a kit out of my 86 that i tryed but they didnt work right so i did f150 mounts with c channel
