V6 4.0L won't start after rebuild

Basically we just finished rebuilding the engine. Topped off fluids and tried starting yesterday. Engine cranks but no spark from the plugs. Huh? We had the battery disconnected for almost 1 month. Do I need to reset the computer or something? Could we have damaged a sensor or some wiring. Why won't the plugs fire?

If you were in town you could come by Advance and I would ohm out the coil and test the ignition module. The computer should be ok if it was working before you pulled the engine.

what about the anti theft? Wonder if the computer forgot the key code and thinks the truck is being stolen?
