That one's been circulating for awhile now. I agree... it would be cool too that if someone gives a child up to CPS that they get sterilized automatically. I would suggest the gov't even pay for it, as it would be cheaper in the long run. This friend of mine takes in foster kids and one of the kids has EIGHT brothers and sisters... ALL of which are in foster care... frikken slut. She just keeps on pukin' 'em out. The youngest is months old and it just continues.

Wow have a strange feeling your friend is raising the child of my fiances half sister. Just popped another one out a couple months ago. At least she is in rehab for now.

I would agree with drug testing in any form. I also have an idea, If you want assistance because you are down and out, you didn't pay attention in school maybe, and now since then you have no work skills. Fine, we will house you, feed you, and all for 6 motnhs while you learn a manual labor trade. After that we are done for the rest of your life.

that has been tried and failed miserably. Some people just can't learn. Others that work for the system like to tell welfare mother that $8 an hour is a good job and that what they train them for. there are other programs for ones that show the ability to learn but there is usually a 9 month waiting period for either the funding or the class. Durring that time you have to be looking for a job (understandable) and if you get your $8 an hour job you are off the waiting list, you get laid off from your $8 an hour job you have to start all over again.
